All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by credit card or travel agency. All major credit cards are accepted.

Child Policy:

Wildflower Hall is located in mountainous terrain. For reasons of safety, it is not suitable for children below 12 years. Therefore, as a policy we do not accept reservations for families travelling with children below 12 years.
You may like to consider staying at The Oberoi Cecil, Shimla which is located on the Mall. Besides an indoor swimming pool, Billiards Room and Bridge tables; it also has a Children's Activity Centre and offers several options for children and adults.

Cancellation Policy:

Reservations if cancelled between 30 and 8 days of the arrival date will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to one night's accommodation charge.
Cancellation of reservation received within 7 days of the arrival date will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to accommodation for the entire length of stay originally booked.
Any reduction in the number of reserved nights within 30 days to 08 days of arrival date will incur room charges for one night.
Any reduction in the number of reserved nights within seven days of arrival date will incur room charges for the reduced number of nights.
