The Holy Himalayas :
The Himalayas - the world's most majestic & loftiest mountain chain, is the global heritage of all mankind. The sublime quality of this "Adobe of Snows' has, since time immemorial, inspired the sages & saints of India and has attracted tourists & pilgrims from world over to its awesome beauty & calm serenity. Uttaranchal abounds in places of sanctity where devotees converge every year to pay obeisance to their Gods braving vagaries of weather & other human travails in Himalaya. Closest to the celestial beings, devotees from all corners of the country have flocked to these Himalayan shrines of Char Dham - Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath & Badrinath every year to seek salvation. The arduous trails remain in the ancient sanctuaries of faith for a fulfilling experience. The four dhams receive holy water in the form of four streams - Yamuna (Yamunotri), Bhagirathi (in Gangotri), Mandakini (in Kedarnath) and Alaknanda (in Badrinath).

Chardham- In the folds of the snow-covered reaches of the lofty Garhwal Himalayas in Uttarakhand are located the sacred Hindu shrines of Badrinath, Kedarnath, Gangotri and Yamunotri. They together form the Char Dham or the Four Holy Shrines. The region is referred as the land of the gods in the ancient Puranas. Scores of pilgrims visit the shrines by trekking arduously along the mountain paths, all for a communion with the divine.
Board your helicopter from Agastya Muni (in Rudrprayag) to Kedarnath. The service is provided by a 5 seater Bell 407 Helicopter. Agastya Muni is located 17 km beyond Rudraprayag enroute to Kedarnath. The service originates from the helipad located at big play ground (near Police Station) at Agastya Muni. This is on the left side of main Kedarnath road while coming from Rudraprayag. The flying time would be around 45 minutes for a round trip (Agastya Muni-Kedarnath-Agastya Muni).
Accommodation is available at Kedarnath. Passengers should book their own accommodation directly at Kedarnath.
Passengers can also purchase tickets for one way i.e. Agastya Muni-Kedarnath or Kedarnath-Agastya Muni, subject to availability of seats.
